Ordered something?
Put your order number in the subject line and we will find it straight away. It is in your confirmation email, and it looks like #662.
Common things, answered before you ask:
- Where is my order? Workbooks are printed to order in the UK and usually dispatched within 7 to 10 working days, then sent by Royal Mail.
- I have changed my mind. You have 14 days from delivery. If you email before your order is printed we can usually cancel it outright — see Refunds and Returns.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong. Email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, postage covered both ways.
- Can I buy more than one book? Yes, and it is cheaper: all eleven workbooks are £109, and the five Ambitious Vocabulary books are £50. See the shop.
Teachers, tutors and schools
If you want to use these workbooks with a class or a tuition group, email us — tell us roughly how many copies and we will come back to you.
Anything else
Questions about the books themselves, spotted a mistake in one, or want to suggest something the series is missing — all genuinely welcome. Corrections especially: if you have found an error we would rather know.
